Digital Delivery Policy

How Zomumu digital items are delivered after checkout.

Zomumu Card delivery

Zomumu Card products are recorded through Creem. Each item is designed around one saved Zomumu Card when available. The receipt is the fallback proof of purchase.

Zomumu Character Pack delivery

Zomumu Character Pack is a fixed pack of Zomumu objects: 4 identity objects, 5 phone wallpapers, 4 cards, 6 stickers, a manifest, and a README. Delivery is handled through the checkout receipt, delivery page, or email flow configured in Creem. No Zomumu account is required.

Digital boundary

Zomumu Card images are digital deliverables, not advice. No subscription, stored account value, stored credit, cash value, tradeable or resellable item, tokenized asset, investment product, therapy, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice is created. Delivery issues can use support fallback.

Fallback

If a webhook, receipt, delivery page, or email fails, contact support@zomumu.com with the order email and purchase time. Do not send private credentials or payment card numbers.
