Terms for using Zomumu and purchasing digital Zomumu items.
What Zomumu is
Zomumu is a fictional character IP and digital experience, not a professional advice service.
Digital items
Zomumu Card items and Zomumu Character Pack items are digital goods and digital interaction services. No subscription, stored Energy value, cash value, tradeable item, tokenized asset, investment product, or future service obligation is created unless the checkout page says so.
Digital license
Purchased Zomumu digital files are for personal digital use unless a checkout page explicitly grants other rights. Do not resell, redistribute, repackage, mint, train models on, or claim ownership of Zomumu character IP or assets.
Payments
Payments are processed through Creem checkout links. Creem may act as Merchant of Record for transactions, tax handling, invoices, refunds, and chargeback flows where applicable.
Acceptable use
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, financial credentials, medical records, or other sensitive information into Zomumu scene inputs or support messages.
