How Zomumu handles scene text, analytics, checkout, and support data.
Scene text
Free scene text exists only for the request. Give Energy requires separate versioned consent before checkout and protects the scene and optional short supplement in an authenticated-encryption envelope for at most 24 hours. Finalization or cancellation deletes that temporary context immediately. Expiry makes it unusable immediately, and scheduled cleanup removes the expired envelope. URLs, checkout metadata, email, analytics, Cards, and Archive never contain scene text or encrypted payloads. A keyed non-reversible fingerprint may be retained for binding and abuse limits; raw IP addresses are not intentionally stored.
Voice input
When available, voice input uses your browser’s speech-recognition feature. Microphone permission and audio processing are controlled by your browser or its speech service. Zomumu receives the resulting text as scene text and does not receive or store the raw recording.
Sensitive information
Do not enter secrets, credentials, tokens, private keys, passwords, personal medical information, or other sensitive data. The input route tries to reject obvious secret-like text.
Analytics
Zomumu may use privacy-conscious analytics such as PostHog for page views and button events. Raw scene text should not be sent to analytics.
Payments
Checkout is handled by Creem. Payment details are processed by the checkout provider, not by this website's frontend.
Support
If you email support@zomumu.com, the information in that email is used to answer the support request. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
